| The 2002 and 2003 Tins were instant collector's items
when they first came out, marked by extremely limited production runs,
insane demand, and great intrinsic value. Each tin came with 5
booster packs and a limited edition reprint of the game's most popular
cards, making collectors scramble to get the whole set. Now, for
this year's holiday season, Upper Deck has done it again. 6 New Tins
mark the 2004 Holiday Tin Editions. Unlike previous tins, Upper
Deck has upgraded their tin design, using a flashy 3-D tin design.
Every tin has a window were you can see the featured promo card.
And, when you use the tin afterwards to hold your cards and
collectibles, you can use this window too to display your favorite card.
What makes these tins extra cool is the choice Upper Deck used for
promo cards this year. In year's past, they reprinted popular
cards like Jinzo, Red Eyes, and Dark Magician, giving collectors the
chance to get affordable ways to collect some of the game's most
expensive and rare cards. While great for some, others who owned
these cards were left caring little about the less desirable reprints.
This year's tins feature 6 brand new promo cards that arent available in
any booster pack or regular set. These cards are only available in
the tins, giving collectors a little extra collecting incentive.
In addition to the promos, they kept with their winning formula of 5
booster packs. What is interesting is they included 2 of the
hardest packs to find, Magician's Force and Dark Crisis. If you
know anything about the yugioh market, these packs are virtually
non-existent, long sold out everywhere. YugiohEtc doesnt even sell
Dark Crisis anymore as they cant find boxes of 24 for less than $120/Box
or $5/pack their cost! Basically, every tin you get $20 minimum in
packs, plus a truly unique holofoil.
Here are the cards featured in the tins:

Upper Deck has been doing everything right this year, and looks
like they have continued to do so with the tins. Should be a fun
