Upper Deck is bringing back the ultra popular Premium Pack with stronger cards that are sure to change the North American metagame.
 
  Yugioh Premium Pack 2 sees the return of the 5-card, all holo booster pack along with the release of what will sure to be some game changing cards. Last time Upper Deck used the Premium Pack as a way to distribute former Japanese exclusive cards to the American market. Marshmallon and Shield-Crush served as great cards for competitive players while cards like Magician of Black Chaos are very popular among collectors and casual players. New cards are soon to be leaked early with the first one, Elemental Hero Voltech, already available below. The official UDE press release describes the set as follows:

Premium Packs are back stronger than ever, this year with brand new GX themed cards. Many of these cards have been long awaited for by the US players. These cards have high collectors value and should create great excitement on the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG community! Sure to change the way the game is being played, Premium Pack 2 will undoubtedly pack a punch!
