Phantom Darkness is the new Yugioh TCG set due out this month for the Japanese market and scheduled for late February for the North American market. With only a fraction of the set released on the web, it already appears as if the cards in this set will define the new format. As its name implies, the set focuses on Dark attribute monsters. Duelists will enjoy the brand new monsters that the set introduces as well as seeing dark reincarnations of some of their favorite cards from previous sets. Dark Rainbow Dragon, Creator, Armed Dragon, and Horus the Black Flame Dragon are just the tip of the iceberg. Konami also continues to support the trend we have seen in their recent domestic releases. There are a phenomenal amount of cards that focus on getting monsters into and pulling them out of the Graveyard in addition to a slew of new creatures and cannot be destroyed by battle. What is perhaps even more exciting is that we can almost be guaranteed to see exclusive North American Secret Rares that boost the quality of the set over and above what is already on the table.
